Hotel Information
REMINDER: REMINDER: ECTB contracts with hotels to reserve large room blocks at discount rates to assist teams with their travel accommodations. ECTB Host Hotels agree to hold ECTB Room Blocks for teams ONLY up to 30 days prior to the event start. At that time, they release the blocks back to general bookings. Teams who do not make advance reservations can be subject to higher rates or may have difficulty finding rooms on peak weekends. PLEASE make your hotel reservations promptly (ECTB Hotels will only take your reservation once you have paid your Tournament entry fee) to ensure your team has proper accommodations. Teams attending an ECTB event are REQUIRED to book their rooms under the ECTB Block of rooms at the ECTB established room rate. Teams can not use any other discounts, special rates or rewards programs in conjunction with the ECTB room blocks and rate. Booking outside of the ECTB established room block and rate is considered NOT being in compliance and can be cause for a team to be removed from the event without refund of entry fee due to noncompliance.
