All teams must pay their 2008 Membership dues prior to participation in their 1st ECTB event (Sanctioned/Official)
All teams must provide ECTB a copy of their team insurance listing ECTB as Additional insured to their policy. This must be faxed to ECTB @ 610-845-0566 prior to your 1st event of the season.
All teams must print off an Event Waiver, obtain parent and coach signatures and turn in this Waiver prior to your 1st game of each event. |
