5 Games Guaranteed
We will use one of the two formats listed below.The two options are based on number of teams participating.The bracket type will be set after the tournament is closed!(Game Guarantee based on Weather Permitting).
1)Teams will be randomly selected for three games of pool play followed by single elimination playoffs (the trophy round). Teams losing playoff games will play a consolation game (not eligible for trophies) against a randomly selected opponent who has also lost in the playoffs. This guarantees a minimum of 5 games per team. This is used when there are not pools of 5 teams.
2)Teams will be randomly selected for four games of pool play followed by single elimination playoffs (the trophy round). This guarantees a minimum of 5 games per team. This is used when there are pools of 5 teams. |

COACHES & TEAM ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
1. COACHES WAIVER : HEAD Coaches and Asst Coaches will be required to submit a annual Coaches Waiver at the beginning of the season (prior to your teams first event of the season). The Coaches Wavier
can be located by logging in with the coaches Username & Password and clicking on the Coaches Waiver link located directly under the coaches name on the team home page (※Welcome _____________§).
A Coach will NOT be permitted to Coach the team unless the Waiver is on file for that current season.
2. INDIVIDUAL PLAYER ONLINE PICTURES (NOT REQUIRED): The Head Coach (or Team
Administrator) is can provide an online current picture of each eligible player.
For further details, review Section D 3j. *This is not a requirement at this time, but strongly requested.
3. INDIVIDUAL PLAYER WAIVERS : Once each players Individual player ID picture is uploaded on the ECTB website, The Head Coach (or Team Administrator) for each team is responsible to print off an
Individual Player Waiver for each player (the players picture will show up at the top of the printed off Waiver). The Coach is required to have each players parents sign a Waiver and return it to the Head Coach.

4. INDIVIDUAL PLAYER BIRTH CERTIFICATES : The Head Coach (or Team Administrator) for each team is responsible to provide ECTB with a copy of each eligible players
birth certificate. For further details, review Section D 3h.
5. ECTB MEMBERSHIP : Each Team is required to submit their current ECTB Membership
Dues. Membership includes ECTB & USSSA Membership. Membership is valid from January 1, 2006 每 July 31, 2006. Each Team will need to renew their membership again starting August 1, 2006 as ECTB is going to follow the USSSA season which runs August 1, 2006 每 July 31, 2007.

6. PROOF OF TEAM INSURANCE : Each Team is required to have a valid proof of
insurance on file in the ECTB office for the current season listing ECTB as Additional Insured.

7. MAIL ALL TOGETHER TO ECTB : Prior to your team＊s 1st event of the ECTB season, you as the Head Coach/Team Admin are required to mail the following ALL TOGETHER to ECTB.
