ECTB Entry Fee Discounts in 2008!!!!

Earn ½ off or more on an Official ECTB Tournament

You have heard of frequent flyer miles? Well, ECTB has created a way to THANK YOU, our loyal teams for your consistent participation with us. Here’s how it works…

Option 1 : Individual Team Participation

1.A Team must successfully complete participation in SIX (6) Official ECTB events (Official ECTB event = events hosted/run by ECTB) to qualify.

2.Once a team has played in their sixth event, they should email us (stacey.johnson@ectb.org) outlining the names of the six (6) events your team participated in. It is the teams responsibility to notify ECTB that they have qualified for the ½ off Voucher.

3.ECTB will confirm the successful completion of six (6) events and will then issue a paper VOUCHER to your team for ½ off a regular Official ECTB event entry fee.

4.If a team is concerned about loosing a spot in an upcoming event, the team should pay the entry fee in advance and ECTB will issue ½ entry fee refund once the team has completed their six (6) events to qualify for the discount.

Option 2 : Organizations (Multiple Teams within an organization)

1.An organization must have FOUR (4) or more teams from their organization successfully participate in the same Official ECTB events (Official ECTB event = event is hosted/run by ECTB) to qualify.

2.Once an organization has successfully participated in TWO (2) events with four (4) or more teams they should email us (stacey.johnson@ectb.org) outlining :

A. Name of the organization & Main Contact for organization
B. Name of each team
C. Age groups
D. Coaches Name
E. Name of the event that the teams participated in.

3.It is the organizations responsibility to notify ECTB that they have qualified for the full entry fee Voucher.

4.ECTB will confirm that all teams from the organization have successfully completed the same TWO (2) events and will then issue a paper VOUCHER to the organization at a value of one FULL regular Official ECTB event entry fee.

5.The full entry fee VOUCHER can be used by one team from the organization or can be divided up among the teams to allow each team to benefit from a partial discount off another event.

6.Full entry fee Voucher will be issued to the head of that organization to disperse as he sees fit.

STANDARD RULES FOR BOTH OPTIONS :

1.A ½ off or full entry fee voucher can ONLY be applied towards an OFFICIAL ECTB event. (Vouchers are not redeemable towards Sanctioned events).

2.½ off or full entry fee vouchers can only be applied towards a standard Official ECTB event (Vouchers are not redeemable towards holiday and NCS events).

3.½ off or full entry fee vouchers are only redeemable for the remainder of that current year. A SEASON runs from Labor Day weekend thru the end of August the following year (Sept 2007 – August 2008). The voucher would need to be used for an event prior to the end of 2008 for the voucher to be redeemable. The voucher would be null and void if not used towards an event in 2008.

4.½ off or full entry fee vouchers MUST be mailed in to ECTB with the balance due for a team to be entered in the event at the discount price. ECTB will not mark a team ½ off an event without receipt of the original voucher issued to the team as well as the balance of the entry fee.

5.Teams can not count events they have participated in as an “organization” as an individual team event. This means that if a team has played in six events BUT one of those events was played as an organization (4 teams) that event can not count towards an Individual Team participation towards a ½ off voucher.

6.Teams from the same organization that participate in different events does not count as an organization participation and does not qualify them for the Full entry fee voucher. An organization participation is defined as four (4) or more teams from the same organization participate in the TWO (2) same events (Example : Blue Sox 9u, 10u, 12u, 14u participate in Memorial Day National Invitational and July 4th Blast).

7.Sanctioned events can not count towards qualifying for the Voucher discounts. All event participation in order to qualify for Discount event vouchers must be Official ECTB events hosted/run by ECTB.

8. To qualify for the 1/2 off or Full Entry fee voucher all events participated in must be between Labor Day 2007 through the last event offered in August 2008. No events previous to Labor Day 07' are eligible to count towards the discount. The voucher can be used towards events in the Fall of 2008 BUT Teams can not use events participated in prior to Labor Day of 2007 to apply for a 1/2 or full entry fee voucher. 1/2 or full entry fee vouchers can only be obtained for events participated between Labor Day 2007 - last official event of August 2008. This starts over again Labor Day 2008 - last official event of August 2009.

9. NO OTHER DISCOUNT OFFERS CAN BE USED TOWARDS THIS DISCOUNT OFFER!! If your team received a discount on an Official ECTB Event/s due to a special offer, that event is null/void towards this Discount Offer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
