NAMED INSURED: Elite Championship Tournament Baseball (ECTB), a member of the Sports, Leisure, and Entertainment Risk Purchasing Group. ECTB member teams whose names are on file with the company and for which a premium has been paid. When all of the teams in a league are simultaneously enrolled in the insurance program, coverage automatically extends to the league as an insured entity.

COVERAGE PERIOD: Team insurance becomes effective the date that the enrollment form and payment are received by K&K Insurance Group, and expires 1/1/08.

INSURED EVENTS: Office operations of ECTB and amateur baseball tournaments sanctioned by ECTB and related events conducted by ECTB that are reported to the company and for which a premium has been paid. All amateur baseball activities of insured teams and leagues, and related activities.

NOTABLE EXCLUSIONS: Asbestos, Lead, Fungi or Bacteria, Employment Related Practices, Abuse or Molestation, Fireworks and Amusement Devices.

NOTABLE ENDORSEMENTS: Amendment of limits - limits apply separately to each insured event, team and league.

LATE REQUEST FEE: There is a $25.00 LATE Request Fee for each Additional Insured Requests made after the initial Insurance Purchase.

NAME CHANGE: There is a $25.00 Name Change Charge for teams that request to have their Team Name changed on their Insurance policy post the initial purchase of Insurance.

Insurance is active starting January 1st of the season purchased or the date after you purchase it if purchased after January 1st and is effective until December 31st of the season purchased .

Policy will be issued within 2 days of purchase and is non-refundable once purchased.

All teams purchasing ECTB Team Season Insurance - coverage is valid only for participation within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. Teams from Canada, Puerto Rico or any other countries outside of the US should obtain coverage locally. In the event that a team outside of the US wishes to participate in an ECTB hosted event, your team can purchase EVENT Insurance coverage for that specific event. Please contact ECTB directly to purchase EVENT Insurance if your team resides outside of the US.
