If I would like to Sanction an event under ECTB what do I need to do?
If you are interested in hosting a Sanctioned Event under ECTB, please click on the ECTB Event Hosting link found under the information on our website..
Please print off, review completely and if you are interested, please fill out entirely and fax to 610-845-0566 Attn: Stacey Johnson.
ECTB will contact you to confirm receipt of your fax and let you know if your event request has been approved.
If approved, ECTB will enter your event on the website and email all age eligible teams in our database.
ECTB will send out a mass email approximately once a month to try to generate registrations for your event.
